We are a small cattery situated in Barga, an ancient medieval town in the north of Tuscany (IT). Our house has always been a home full of cats. Long before being a cattery,  cats of every kind have shared the house with us, some of them were born in our  arms, some have simply tried our Bed&Breakfast... others, instead, appeared from nowhere and then decided to end their lifelong journey and settle on our sofa!

Our love for this beautiful breed started with her, our beloved Phoebe, who came into our home from Laracoon's cattery. Phoebe arrived in our home with her long bushy tail, her fizzy temper and her pon-pon paws and nobody was able to resist her charm and the charm of this magnificent and intelligent breed.

The name of our cattery comes from the feeling that this breed has always inspired in me, with its calmness and serenity, typical of a feline with natural origins, whose forebears learned the art of calmness in the wild. From this and from the name of Phoebe's mother, whose pedigree name is Ignea Sagitta Quieta Feles, comes the name Quieta Feles.

Our cats live in the house with us, but they also have protected outside spaces where they can enjoy fresh air and nice weather. Our kittens grow up with us and take an active part, very active, in everyday life so that they  develop a lively and confident temperament. Our main aim is to bring them up healthy and to find them a loving family who will love them as we did.
